ROOTED IN EXPERIENCE

The TEI course modules are rooted in experience. For over a decade Pastor David Traynham has worked on the ground to help foster open communication and collaboration in his communities through the development of the non-profit organization, A.L.E.R.T (Albany Law Enforcement Resolution Team). Working closely with community leaders, police departments, and law enforcement agencies Pastor Traynham has developed proved techniques to foster peace and unity, resolving conflicts before they escalate.
